Stallone fans love...Dredd fans hate...but Hollywood wants to take another crack at a big screen Judge Dredd, now with Karl Urban under that iconic helmet.

    • I'm sure with the movie coming out, they're going to be re-releasing and repackaging a lot of the older stories. I'm curious about looking back into some of the original stories from 2000 AD that I haven't read in far too long.

So it isn’t necessary for readers to see Dredd’s face, and I don’t want you to,” an indication that at least at first Dredd was intended to be more of a symbol than a fully realized character. Stallone’s interpretation – and subsequent helmet removal – takes us away from that original intention".
