By now everyone has seen crisscrossing streaks of white clouds trailing behind jet aircraft, stretching from horizon to horizon, eventually turning the sky into a murky haze. Our innate intelligence tells us these are not mere vapor trails from jet engines, but no one yet has probed the questions: WHO is doing this and WHY. With the release of this video, all of that has changed. Here is the story of a rapidly developing industry called Geo-engineering, driven by scientists, corporations, and governments intent on changing global climate, controlling the weather, and altering the chemical composition of soil and water -- all supposedly for the betterment of mankind. Although officials insist that these programs are only in the discussion phase, evidence is abundant that they have been underway since about 1990 -- and the effect has been devastating to crops, wildlife, and human health. We are being sprayed with toxic substances without our consent and, to add insult to injury, they are lying to us about it.

I can look up and on average 3days out of the week and see this but usually it takes ten minutes to fall apart and under an hour to fade altogether. I understand there are plastics in the clouds to float out the metal particles easier. The metal is used to manipulate weather using HAARP ionospheric tool. The particles actually only indicate weather reading but their ionospheric tool can used to translate into valuable information. They need a sky to be constantly coated with this "stuff" especially where potential rain is expected.
Then, in that way the rain water will be re-packed and sold to the highest bidder. Those states not wishing to be playing ball may well receive drought because the neighboring state bought their rightful weather.
HAARP didn't actually steer the weather but only tracks. Something more hands on actually navigates weather. The will of intent is to end smaller farming.

Sorry, those are con trails. "Contrails form when hot humid air from aircraft exhaust mixes with environmental air of low vapor pressure and low temperature. The mixing is a result of turbulence generated by the engine exhaust."
As the picture above shows, this was also common phenomenon observed in WW II when aircraft started flying at extreme high altitude. It was a problem for the Allies inasmuch as German Flak crews would use the trails to identify the location, number and approximate attitude of the bombers.
I'm not saying that people aren't trying to figure out ways to modify the atmosphere and weather because they've been at it for decades. But to claim that a common phenomenon observe behind aircraft is a government conspiracy borders on paranoia.

I'm sorry sir, but your information is incorrect. There is a difference between chemtrails and contrails. Contrails evaporate and don't create cloud formations. This video, "Chemtrails vs. Contrails" may clarify it more. And if you actually do the research, which I hope you do, I'm sure you'll come to the same conclusions, that's why I urge you to do so.
