Some people can even light their tap water on fire as it has been contaminated with methane gas and other chemicals from nearby drilling activity.
Mark Ruffalo works closely with the grassroots environmental group Frack Action. www.frackaction.com

Looks like a good reason to hire a plumber that knows what he's doing instead of the cheapest guy you could find.

That's a damn fine idea, idealist. I think I'll actually start leaving video responses when I'm not on campus.

I'd much rather read than listen to someone rant about something. In a forum like this, where a lot of people are talking, it's faster to read and get everyone's ideas than to deal with 5 minute video posts from everyone.

Mark Ruffalo is a G. More people need to be aware of this. I heard about it weeks ago and no body is talking about it. We should all be asking what we can do to help. You shouldnt be afraid of your sink.

It's extremely difficult for me to drink tap-water, because our water supply isn't safe...Some drinking water sources are better than others, but far too many are contaminated by greedy corporations...

nanac:
It is worrisome but the Bible promises this will be resolved in the near future. It refers to them as "the merchants of the earth" in later chapters of Revelation. It hurts them when people stop buying so much JUNK TOO. After Armageddon our health will be restored rather fast, as Jesus calls it a "Re-Creation", like being reborn as Adam and Eve, very healthy. (Matthew 19 vs 28)

Actually nanac a little of that "bad stuff" in the drinking water is a lot badder for the germs in your mouth than you. You're the giant. The human mouth is a "disease portal" so if the water stops diseases from entering your bloodstream via mouth and tongue capillaries, being as they are right in front of YOUR BRAIN, wiping them out every day is a good idea.
I swish with hydrogen peroxide every couple days myself. But if you get some coconut oil (food not cooking) it's actually one of the best anti-microbials in the world. Then there's cranberry juice concentrate also kills many bad guys. And Yellow Onions well, they just plain DESTROY PARASITES in your blood.
So even when there's a few million parts per billion of stuff in your tap water #1 is if it doesn't kill you it makes you stronger is a fairly reliable rule, and #2 if you are getting a good nutrient diet your body cells will be strengthened to deal with them.
You could go to the hunting section and probably purchase some water tablets to sterilize the water, use in the washing machine. Put a few drops of Tea Tree oil in your bath water just don't get it near your eyes. It kills germs also, the bad guys on the outside.
