    • Stalag 17 is definitely on my list of movies to see, the article is interesting. It's always nice to find out that a famous director (such as Wilder) has lived through struggles - makes them a bit more relatable and admirable even. I didn't know Wilder escaped Germany after the rise of Nazism.
