Tom Hardy has been cast in a major role in Chris Nolan's upcoming third Batman film. It has not been revealed which of Batman's rogues he'll be playing, so let's speculate with wild abandon!

    • With the big three out of the way, there's no telling who he could wind up playing... Safe bet that he won't be playing Bane?

    • Nice picks, Sheeva! Both would be awesome. I talk about Hush in the article - similar back story to Black Mask (maybe too similar), but with a stronger revenge motive. I think Nolan could do great things with Hush and Tom Hardy definitely fits the part. Deadshot's just plain awesome. Put him in anything and I'm happy.

    • I would love to see Clayface on the big screen, but I don't see that character fitting into Nolan's more realistic, urban crime setting. I think could do amazing things with the Riddler...I still think Black Mask is a good dark horse candidate.

    • I hope its the riddler, hands down my favorite batman villian, The Joker was awesome in the Dark Night, i would like an equally scary, insane, just so enjoyable villian, We all miss you Heath Ledger

      With a good CGI budget Clayface would be a nice 2nd plot story up against my boy Joseph Gordon-Levitt who is rumored to be the Riddler. The Clayface storyline is a dark one that represents the beauty we as humans hold dear. If they didn't go overboard with the CGI Clayface could be a shape-shifting riddle for both foes.
