At the Savannah Film Festival in Georgia, US, Universal Studios President Ron Mayer opened up to recent flops over the past year and felt to let the audience feel the same way of the quality of some of the recent high-profile movies that bombed.
On the film 'Cowboys & Aliens' (On Rotten Tomatoes, a score of 44%), he felt the film wasn't good enough saying "All those little creatures bouncing around were crappy. I think it was a mediocre movie." The Will Ferrell movie 'Land of the Lost' (that has a score of 27%), he felt it was "Just c**p" and on the 2010 remake of 'The Wolfman' (score of 33%), he felt it was the "s***tiest movie the film the studio ever made" saying "The script never got right...the director was wrong. Benicio [del Toro] stunk. It all stunk.", he also referenced 'Babe: Pig in the City' (score of 60%).
