Occasionally, blogs--especially film/entertainment sites--do their best to get you to click past the jump and see something incredible. The best way to do this is with exclusive still photos from movies. This works especially well for mainstream comic book base fare like Iron Man 2 and blockbuster films. Heck, even movies about Keats can still promote exclusive photos.
So, next question: how do you best title your exclusive? Well, if you're of the New York Post school, you go for a headline with the tongue-firmly-in-cheek. But maybe you're more of a New York Times man? The straight-forward news approach works best!
And if you're MTV Movies Blog, you GIVE AWAY THE ENDING TO LARS VON TRIER'S ANTICHRIST.
This isn't much of a big deal, mind you, if you're familiar with reviews and news of the movie out of the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year. If not, then don't worry. At least MTV didn't reveal the tie-in/cameo from The Fantastic Mr. Fox.
