IFC Goes Into the Void , Fingers Crossed for 3D PR0N
On the cusp of its' premiere at Sundance, IFC announces to the world that it has Gaspar Noé's mindfuck Enter the Void. indieWIRE does the heavy lifting with the official press release that confirms Void will get a 2010 theatrical/video-on-demand release.
It's mildly impossible to spoil the film, since its' entire premise revolves around a first-person glimpse of death, drug trips and abusive memories that Noe forces the audience to endure.
This will also be shorter than the version screened at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival due to this being the "complete" version. But no matter what batshit insanity Noé has to offer, it will likely be but a stepping stone to his wonderfully rumored 3D "joyful porn movie."
Of course, if he needs inspiration, I think Ben Hoffman would be more than happy to be a consulting producer:
