I first heard about this guy playing Bestival a couple of years back. I dig his style in a massive way - original, soulful and deliciously sinister.
I've been waiting for word about him to pick up since then. Kudos Current.

This pod has a certain grittyness to it that I like. I also like the use of black and white and how the director uses the music to create the tone of the piece. This a very interesting character, and a telling interview. Great Job!

How cool, buskers are getting a lot more recognition nowadays, it's good - that's sourcing it straight from the streets.
He still kinda reminds me of an older, slightly different version of Rahzel. If Rahzel is the self-titled "Godfather of Noize" then I guess this guy could be the "Grandfather."
