Ya, I walk away from this only with more respect and admiration for people like Afeni Shakur, she gets it. Undeserved love and forgiveness is the real catalyst for change.

This is outrageous. But the most important part I think is at the bottom, where Shekur's mother notes that she has already forgiven the perpetrator - this focus on forgiveness is admirable, and the ability to forgive others for their actions, no matter how painful, is something more of us should aim to incorporate into our own lives.
