    • OHHHHHH, I thought you meant Man Maid.

You know I'm just pokin' at ya Johnnie. This is touching me in those spots best left unexplored, but this is the exact space where my lyrics thoughts and artistic insanity derive. It's an inkwell that scarcely runs dry.

I hope to see us collaborate and you become one of the 1 Million Monkeys. Perhaps ask the female backup singer, too. hehe

I would appreciate your thoughts on my posting "low down dirty shame", and if you like it, pass it along. Can it grow organically into a Million?

    • One more thing I would like to say. Please don't think I am preaching to you and please don't preach to me. We must quite talking and start changing direction. Act now or react later. I can not speak for you but this is eating at me faster everyday. Current seems to be such a great vehicle for change. Thank you Johnnie Hargrave

    • Videos about problems are a great start. It is a lot like praying. You establish a concern and start to plan an action to get the results you long for. We must all unite and do something. It does not have to be grand, shake someone's hand. It does not have to glisten, when someone talks, listen.I feel just like you about hearing about problems and thinking if you ignore them they will disappear. This will make many mad but it is my opinion and if you don't like it then click it off with one motion of your finger. I have listened to people gather all my life and talk about the past and all the people that spoke of Love and Kindness and then they walk out the door until next week and feel like they have been validated. The religions of the world are based on fundamental Truths that are in abundance throughout the Universe. We mostly have chosen to worship the messenger and ignore the message. The Golden Rule is the cornerstone of nearly all religions. Why can't we all be Golden Rulers and start doing something so the ones that follow us don't see the garbage dump we have created and judge us all as complete idiots. I have done something I should not do. Talk Religion or politics. Anyone that wants to do something constructive can count on my complete support. I feel like John Lennon on destruction. You can count me out. Thank you Johnnie Hargrave

four star charities in the field of homeless work.

bringing both the homeless and brownfields together under one charity might be a unique sustainable green design project, however if the .org were less than four star on charitynavigator it would not stand a chance.

This means the paperword must be detailed and the numbers must be proven.

Very important with regard to homeless assistance regardless of the locations.

Rehab both internal and external is a very important man made effort that is spirit guided however it is also a life long journey. The clean up is NOT EASY. Most look at the JOB and say NO WAY.

    • I am fascinated by the collective intelligence and total awareness that seems to have found it's way to Current. It gives me chills to think that Mankind may not be as far down in a rut as I believed. We have been going the wrong way so long it will be hard to turn around, but I can feel it coming. I hope that when people see my icon and read Relevations it does not keep them from being interested in what I am attempting. What I am promoting and that is not the right word. What I am trying to place before you are things that have been given to me over a lifetime and I inherited from people in my past, such as my Father and I have had so much Unconditional Love that I feel guilty. There are so many that have had none. If you will try getting away from the noise and it is nearly impossible in current time, and be alone. You can develop the means to pick up every thought that has ever existed in the Universe. It is like picking fruit straight from the tree. It never tastes better. Everything that you read is from someone who picked and put their own seasoning on it. That includes myself. For one day, try going somewhere deserted and sit alone in a wheelchair without eating anything wearing a blindfold for twenty four hours. It is nearly impossible. You will be amazed at the doors that will open. Please don't think that I am preaching to you and return the Kindness. Thank you, keep uniting, and focusing on Creation instead of destruction and so much will be changed. because this is the best tool for communication I have found. If you have lived your life hoping to see a miracle, look down at your keyboard. A miracle among miracles. Thank you and Good Bless You Johnnie Hargrave

    • Your walking tour of Austin and use of the motif "man made" makes this video work for me. I highly recommend Robert Smithson's collected writings as an insight into the world we inhabit and as a mode for cataloguing it. I also highly recommend A Sand County Almanac: And Sketches Here and There by Aldo Leopold. If you want to look into a contemporary video artist who is doing some interesting work you could read up on Keith Piper. Three very different sources that could enrich your work.

    • I am no Dean Martin but the words and visions are what I want people to focus on and I hope people will listen to them. They come from what I call Thought Reception, you may call it something else such as a hunch, please try to pay more attention to them. We owe everything we have to them and the graveyards are full of people that did not act and took them to the grave with them. These words and everything I have are not mine. I borrowed them from the Universe and when I first received this song it sounded like a Neil Young song. I do not have the ability to contact people with gatekeepers. So I did it. Anyone, anytime, has the permission to redo this song or make a song from any of my writings. All I ask is that you might let me hear it before I leave this glorious Carnival. The back up vocals are Sheri Lane and the great music is from Sam Shepherd. The ones depicted are unfortunate people that come from all over to Austin and face conditions and ridicule that most never dream of. Thank You Johnnie Hargrave

    • I really like the sentiment of the lyrics, and the lyrics themselves. The jazz riff is terrific. The video is compelling. The message is right on. But, oh man, the male vocals suck! Thank the gods for the female harmony.... Seriously, movingly accomplished and pointed mini-doc about an important and neglected subject. Homelessness, and even the working poor, are ignored in our Calvinistic, boot-strap culture. Thanks for this, Revelations.
