Night of 100 Ukes

Rob da Bank, the curator of Bestival festival, has agreed to hand over the Main Stage on the Sunday to a bunch of ukulele-wielding strangers (100 to be precise) in order to create what will probably be the biggest ukulele ensemble ever. The players will be from all over the UK and maybe even beyond. Very few will have met each other before, and it will be a mix of beginners and pros - just ordinary folk making a bit of history, with ukuleles.
