Haven't been following all this too closely, but I know a little about his gun charge. Officials wouldn't be dumb enough to conduct and improper search, would they?

    • Cases get thrown out all the time. American laws about search and seizure are really complicated and a good lawyer can normally exploit them. Question is: can you afford a "good" lawyer?
