It's that time of the year again when every music or lifestyle brand and blogger delve into their record collections and draw up their definitive list of the year's best music.

First off the blocks is The Guardian, proclaiming LCD Soundsystem's 'Sound Of Silver' as their album of 2007.

Off the top of my head, my own list would be something like:
1. Neon Bible by Arcade Fire
2. In Rainbows by Radiohead
3. Because of the Times by Kings Of Leon
4. Spiderman Of The Rings by Dan Deacon
5. Graduation by Kanye West
6. Wincing The Night Away - The Shins
7. Sound of Silver by LCD Soundsystem
8. Version by Mark Ronson
9. Hvarf - Heim by Sigur Ros
10. The Reminder by Feist

    • I really think Tim Armstrong's "A Poet's Life" should be up there. It's catchy, authentic and very well produced, without sounding produced.
