    • I was at the show but I left before things got crazy. A friend of mine was there video taping for a film he is working on with Alpha P, a Seattle based rap group who were first accused of sparking the riot. You can see some of his footage and others in an excellent independent documentary: It's Bigger Than Hip Hop.

      My only gripe with the doc is that it doesn't show any of the footage from inside the concert with Dead Prez hyping up the crowd/mob.

    • There ain't no party like a Dead Prez party, cuz a Dead Prez party usually ends in a riot.

      Here's some pics of the riot that went down over here at Evergreen College that Dead Prez spurred after police tried to arrest a crowd member that started a unrelated fight. From there mob mentality broke out as Dead Prez members on stage started chanting 'Fuck the police'.
