    • oh man i have loved these guys since 8th grade!!! it stinks when you are so busy with your daily life that you forget to check and see if your favorite bands are playing anywhere neat...like the MoMA for instance. anywho, thanks for posting their concert, it has inspired me to wear glitter on my face when i perform now.

    • Naturally, I turn on Current as my favorite band is doing their final bows.

Unnaturally, Current is the best thing ever and it's on the internet! Thanks Current.

    • I really love Sigur Ros @ MoMA because it was my first time listening to them and I didn't know what to expect. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I really like "Hoppipola" and "Saeglopur". Please show more music acts like Sigur Ros on Current.

    • I watched this twice last night. I was in the middle of an art project and the music put me right in the mood to finish it. It's inspiring and amazing.

    • I tuned into Current at 6pm tonight to watch Sigur Ros concert in Newn York and all I found were pods about shopping and waste.

Why was the concert in the schedule but not played? I'm really disappointed I've missed this before and now I've missed it a second time.

When will this be shown again?

    • I have just watched this and cried, as I always do when I see a Sigur Rós film, whether concert of promo video.
For a guy coming up to 44 years old this can be rather embarrassing, but I feel such emotion when watching/listening to SR. Their music can lift me out of any depression and make me float on air.

I too can't wait for the Alexandra Palace gig in November.

By the way, the track list should show Með Blóðnasir between Hoppípolla and Gobbledigook.

    • The Sigur Ros film crew have a great eye for composition & a touch for fluidity. I recommend "Heima" a documentary of Sigur Ros from when they played in their motherland. The cinematography combined with the sound Sigur Ros makes, is truly delightful & beautiful.

    • Oh my word, just HOW GOOD are Sigur Ros?? We saw them at Westminster Central Hall and they were totally amazing - well worth the stress of trying to catch the last train home! If I could make music half as good as this...well, I would be one very happy (and talented) lady. Can't wait for the current.com broadcast, nor the next gig at Ally Pally in November. Yay!

    • It's Sunday, Midnight, here in Tennessee, and I'm watching this while running it through a good 5.1 sound system. It fits this time of night just beautifully.
I'm always seeking out good online concerts (Patty Griffin, Aimee Mann,...etc.) so, this was a real treat.
      Thanks for making it available.
As the old song went, "Nice, Nice. Very nice. So many people in the same device."

Just got tickets to see them at the Orpheum theater in Minneapolis and i am so incredibly excited. I don't think I have have ever been this excited for a concert before. It is going to be GREAT!

    • From the first day I encountered Current.com and Current Television...I thought this was the coolest thing, a great way to learn, network, vent, find friends, reach out and be reached....this Concert exhibit was Awesome...I enjoy all kinds of music but spend most of my time listening to hip-hop (which is my favorite)...it was extremely refreshing to listen to something new and enjoy the shit out of it....Thank you Current...Thank you Sigur Ros....that was real....

    • i'm not a fan of theirs. it would work better as background music in a film. But it is cool that a full concert of band that other people like is posted. and the film work is great.

    • Ok one more note (and I've had this on repeat in the background for most of the day so one note is very restrained of me!)... the sound quality is superb. They're not the easiest band to record because of all the different instruments, most of them acoustic, but this sounds crystal clear. Hooray!

    • This is great! Location looks ace too, wish I could have been there. I didn't realise how much they would get me clapping and dancing when I went to see them in London. I thought they were a sleepy band!

    • Just amazing. I saw the London show on this tour and it was one of the most spectacular concerts I've ever been to. This band is phenomenal.

Looking forward to watching this on Current TV in the UK at 9.30pm on September 7th!

    • I'm confused. Why is it only 16 mins long and only play 2 old tracks? Where is the new album material? I'm guessing that you can't stream the whole version online?

I love the crapola out of this band and was hoping for a really good watch. Surely this isn't the full recording?

      Peace, Lance
