I absolutely love this video. I think that it crosses over to all women, not just African American Women. In today's society, it is so positive that Ne-Yo has this message, during these confusing times.

This video brought tears to my eyes, surprising me! I don't know whether it's the positive message so desperately needed at this time, or because I struggled as a woman to "get my own", or whether it's because I have two, young daughters struggling to get their own and make a life for themselves now - maybe all of the above! Thanks! I needed that!
