I think that something is being overlooked that we did pay attention to a few years ago.
The War on the streets in the USA - and other countries for that matter every single DAY that passes... I am talking about Gang deaths, Gang related wars.
Some people say if drugs were legal, none of this would happen. Not true, other illegal good would replace sales of drugs, and the violence would continue.
Also for many gang life in the city can be felt as an only means of survival. It is so sad.

Most of the murder victims are black killed by black.
The Welfare Pimps love black on black crime, because it keeps the poor black down.
The Welfare Pimps use poor black to get program money.
The program money is administered by middle class black, and middle class blacks are the benefituaries of the program money.
