    • it's creativity emerging in various forms and i appreciate any creative spirit who does what they love. i for one as an artist don't want to be pigeon holed either. the freedom i have when designing my own stuff is what keeps things interesting. when it comes to image, why settle for someone elses design if it misses the mark of what you're going for?

i do however prefer when musicians are actually hands on in the design process as opposed to some of these rap moguls who just hire other people to make clothes with their names all over it. (i'm not going to name names). but much love to both andre, m.i.a. and all the other great artist out there.

if you're interested in other people, also check out:

      - ellen allien (a german techno dj and producer who runs one of the worlds largest record labels and has her own fashion line)

      - bjork (no description needed here i hope)

    • ANDRE 3000 is the man and I've been feeling for something like his clothing line for so long. he has style and reinvigorates class. Maybe i'm biased as a fan, but his stuff will take off!

    • I'm over ALL the celebrities "designing" clothes.
the way I see it—they're really taking job opportunities away from many fashion designers who have gone to school for years...only to be found working at macy's.
