Lawsuit Against Obama: Is Obama A US Citizen?

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/21/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and tbe DNC “ADMITTED”, by way of failure to timely respond to Requests for Admissions, all of the numerous specific requests in the Federal lawsuit. Obama is “NOT QUALIFIED” to be President and therefore Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President and the DNC shall substitute a qualified candidate. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

    • Mister Berg can say whatever he wants, but it amazes me how some people react when they know they r loosing the election,they would sell their souls to the devil and people (some) will buy it like kids for candies....america is time to grow up!!!! be smarter!!!

      Obviously it has been ignored here like everywhere else. Kinda sad to see all the blatant bias on this site. They don't exactly preach objectivity around here.

      Again, the truth does not fear investigation. The only reason it might be an issue is because the Obama campaign has not provided proper documentation and/or avoided a LAWSUIT. Yes, an official one filed by, I'll repeat it yet again, a DEMOCRAT.
      Apparently everyone's savior may not be able to save them from his own past.

    • and again, republicans will try anything to put down Obama since they trash the posibitlities of keeping the white house electing a person with no capacity to lead (as he showed already) mr. GEORGE WALKER BUSH,a member of a rich no less corrupt family and yes i wrote "CORRUPT" just in case u dont remember the scandal in the 80's created by one of his sibblings related with banking bussiness...yeah america have big memory problems and that is why we keep making one mistake after another.
