    • It's funny...listen to the whole track, this is just a snipit of the nine minute song. Lil Wayne makes a reference to weed. Last time I was in D.A.R.E. class, they told us that was a drug too.

    • I'm not so sure about how lil wayne tries to bring race into it.

Of all the people I've known that went to prison (or jail) for drugs, none of them were black, so I'd like to begin by removing the race card from the game.

It's a human problem, not a racial one.

Beyond that I will agree that there seems to be a very big "misunderstanding" between the "criminals" and law enforcement/propaganda/naive citizens' perception of how the problems work.

Ironically, I recall lil wayne selling a "feel good" lifestyle act to get rich and famous, but in reality it is people emulating and mimicking that type of feel good lifestyle that leads to much more destruction long-term.

Bad things don't always feel bad at first, and that 's where the trap is.

I do agree that the criminal justice system is ineffective at treating problems versus just getting them off the street, but I also feel most of the problems begin with a lack of a solid family structure or curiosity, and you can blame whomever is responsible for that on a case-by-case basis.

You mix stupid behavior with highly powerful false feelings from drugs, and boom...you've got problems, it doesn't matter what color you are or where you're from, drugs are more powerful than you.

      Whoa! Yeah, that speaks volumes.

The "War on Drugs" is like a war on sex or on human nature. It is founded in its principle, but the practical application of it falls far short of the goal of preserving the sanctity of society.

It's basically a war on ourselves, and instead of addressing it factually with statistics and information, it tries to turn the game into an all-or-nothing thing that is obviously not the way humans work.

It will take time, but with the advances in communication, when I rule the world I will design policies much more reasonably.

    • The people are fed up with having our rights stomped on. The Drug War had been one sided so far, Feds vs. Citizen, but the Citizens are organizing and the CIVIL WAR is BEGINNING!
