    • My dad was lucky he was walking along a beach once & the dead were dere having a jam session!

      Growing up in the SF Bay Area I loved when dey would come to town because everyone's mood would improve, but that could have just been the weed lol.

      I think it was their spontaneity that made them such a success. Much of the music now feels premeditated, just created to sell records not the same "celebration" vibe that the generation before got to enjoy.
