The Opposite of Faith is the brain child of J (Joel Hornsby), a Musician and Digital artist. After years of helping and supporting other artist, he has decided to try his hand at his own project. The project itself, and the production company behind it, The Apothecary, is meant to be a collective of creative artist who interact with, and create media. He states ‘I worked in the industry for years and wanted to create something where I could implement ideas and projects without limits…’
The sound of the Opposite of Faith project follows groups like Massive Attack, Gnarls Barkley, Morceeba, Radiohead and Gorillaz with hints of Incubus, A Perfect Circle and N*E*R*D.
The quartet consist of the Lead Vocals of Grammy winning House Diva Latrice Barnett, The Legendary DJ Quest, on Turntables and atmosphere, J playing bass and Joel Griffin on drums and acoustic and electronic percussion.
