The Streets working on new 'rave' album

Mike Skinner has given a few hints towards how his next album is gonna sound, claiming it's gonna be a 'ravey' album that "bludgeons you over the head with its stick of 1988 Romford, Blackpool and Philadelphia rock."

He also mentions that the album has been influenced by the German culture capital, Berlin, famed for its minimal-techno sounds, and that it's going to be 'insane.'

Hmmm, think Mr. Skinner's new album is gonna be any good?

    • I find it kind of embarassing when formerly good bands like the Street who have a good musical approach change themselves completely because of a trend. not cool Mike, not cool.
