    • I don't trust TMZ, but that picture doesn't look photoshopped. If this is official, Chris Brown's career is over, literally....Cut, no more takes, everybody go home, it's a wrap, done, bye bye!

I'm sorry but who made you God don't judge lest ye be judged that's what the bible says and if you knew the full story you would know that rihanna provoked chris into losing his mind so don't bash him because you're not a fan look at it from both sides and see through Chris' eyes how bad he feels right now, okay? Thanks

    • Just another pompous, no-talent moron getting smacked around. Who would care if she wasn't some "celebrity"? You?

what's sad is that rihanna's personal problems are plastered across gossip magazines and the internet, instead of being dealt with by her, her friends and family, and hopefully law enforcement. in a way, i feel WORSE for her than i would for someone who was able to deal with this kind of situation with any semblance of privacy. instead, she has to know that fucking idiots like you are criticizing her for what should be no one's business but hers.

Yeah, not scum here... and why would she be so important that we would waste our time focusing on this ONE dumb-assed event? There are millions of others who are getting smacked and whacked all over the world. Let's hear more outrage about that stuff.

Nobody thinks this woman is more IMPORTANT than other battered women because she's a celebrity. They're simply more aware of the situation due to her fame, and it's deemed a newsworthy story when a celebrity beats his girlfriend in a public place.

Rihanna's beating is no more or less important than if your mother, sister, or cousin had suffered similarly, so stop being so insensitive. You seem to be unduly irritated by her fame being the reason people are expressing compassion for her. Just try having a bit of compassion, and simply think of her as a fellow human being who suffered domestic abuse. She deserves your sympathy as much as any non-celebrity does.

And if your fury lies in the fact that non-celebrities don't get front page coverage when this happens to them, remember these two things:
      a) it's doubtful that ANYONE wants THIS type of front page coverage, and
      b) you're not powerless!
You write that you're outraged that nobody is blogging about all the OTHER women who get "smacked and whacked" around the world. But there is nothing stopping YOU from blogging about them. Or from volunteering at a womens shelter, or becoming an activist with your local chapter of N.O.W. Use your rage to spread the word that you think should be spread.

YOU have tools to raise awareness about violence against women - including women who don't happen to be famous - so put your money where your mouth is. Instead of criticizing a victim because you resent her fame, or criticizing other people for having human compassion and CARING about said victim, why not try to be pro-active and use your anger try to make a positive difference? And if you choose to remain passive about an issue that clearly has you this riled up, don't be an armchair quarterback.

I cannot believe your comments...considering your screen name is "Swammi"....you should be ashamed!
Of course people would be sympathetic even if she was homeless!

      That's not surprising.
If you realized how inhumane you sounded, you'd probably keep your opinions to yourself. Unless you're one of those people who gets off on being disliked by others.

    • Ya know, I was going to call shenanigans cuz that photo looks really fake, but I Googled a frontal face pic, and it's almost assuredly her. The nose and lips are too similar.

Man, he really beat the shit out of her. Nasty.

P.S. Just click the link, Current's having weird picture distortion issues.

What if he just found out she gave him AIDS. U think anyone would be calm about that? Its not right to hit anyone at all but what if he reacted to a life altering comment from Rhianna?

    • This is very up setting. Rhianna is so beautiful and talented however she can use this to educate young women in similar situations.

    • I still don't want to believe it...I thought he just smacked her too. We still need the full story. I dont want to speculate or believe what people are saying. They are losing so much and right now everyone doesnt know exactly what happened..

True...as pissed off as this whole story makes me, it's all still technically hearsay. But legally, if homeboy is found guilty, he needs to have to do more than make some half-assed public apology and go about his business. This is some REAL serious abuse.
