Mike P. is a VC2 producer to be reckoned with. In his first series for Current, he documented his quest to become a male model in Milan.
With that under his belt, Mike set off to see if he has what it takes to become a Korean pop (aka K-pop) star.

In the final episode, we'll find out if Mike was finally able to realize his dream of becoming a K-pop star.

Watch all of Mike P's adventures in Korea on Current TV, every Thursday from January 8th through February 26th, at 7pm:

    • I'm glad Mike P succeeded in performing and Andy ended up doing a nice rap performance. (They were lip-synching, right?) The degree of his success is minimal, but it at least goes to show that it never hurts to dream and to attempt them as well. Anyways have fun at your respective graduate schools.

    • While I only watched the last part of this series I can probably describe MiKe P.in a few words: d-bag, con man, poser... While all of these attributes will probably serve him well in his chosen profession as a lawyer I don't really helps to make a better human being.

I am kind of sick and tired of the MTV Made ethos of "fake it till you make it" and Secret "if you wish for it, it will come." I really think that it devalues the talented artist, workers, athletes, performers and others who really put work, effort and pay their dues in pursuit of their dreams.

I guess I can understand where you're coming from, although I think the bad that comes from "devaluing talented artists" is more than made up for by the good that comes from motivating others to accomplish what they might have otherwise thought was impossible. Mike P shows people what can be done.

      And it's hilarious.
