The Outside Lands sets dates for their 2009 three day festival. Their second annual music and arts festival will take place Aug. 28th-30th at the Golden State Park in San Francisco. Last year the festival included an impressive line-up including, Radiohead, Tom Petty, and Jack Johnson. Many already have high expectations for this years line-up.
