Listening to music 'restores vision'

Now I always knew there was something special about listening to music, but scientists have finally confirmed it; listening to 'pleasant music' could aid in restoring stroke victims' vision.

The UK research study, conducted by the National Academy of Sciences, suggests that music can have a positive effect on stroke patients who suffer from 'visual neglect,' a condition that affects up to 60% of stroke patients.

'Visual neglect' is where the patient loses the "ability to track objects in their visual field on the side opposite to where their brain has been damaged by the stroke."

I would never have thought that listening to something could have an effect on your sight, I frickln' love science.
