YoVixen
San Francisco's Virgin Records is now closed. It's time to find your music elsewhere as the digital age continues to develop and take over.

    • I'd have to say that was pretty interesting.

It was just today that I made the comment to someone about looking forward to being old not because of the wisdome, but just because i'll be able to look back on history, or maybe just music history, and see this significant impact in the music scene forever on known as the digital age.

      You know?

Think about it: Being a 19 yr old, mp3 players first appeared when I first started started discovering music. a.k.a. The Preteens. I mean f***, i've been sharing music for as long as I can remember. My album/cd collection is very few. Although, that's not to say that I haven't had my fair share of a music library comprised of thousands upon thousands of songs and cd booklets full of burned discs.

And now here we are; Major record shops going out of business just like the newspaper is in threat of extinction within the coming decade.

All very trippy but apparent nevertheless.
