Trent Reznor presenting an "opportunity" to right a healthcare wrong

Trent Reznor, the musical genius behind Nine Inch Nails, has found a way to not only bring attention to a man in Nevada that desperately needs a heart transplant, he's found a way to make it happen.

Reznor is offering "opportunities" to NIN fans. If they donate specific amounts to help Eric De La Cruz with his transplant, Trent has some very generous "what's in it for me" perks for upcoming shows on the "NIN|JA 2009" (Nine Inch Nails/Janes Addiction) tour.

Of course you can just donate to the cause if you like, and skip the perks. With all the meet and greets, backstage dinners and "handshake / hug sessions" Reznor is giving away with specified donations, he brings help to Eric and much needed awareness on a broken healthcare system. De La Cruz has been repeatedly turned down for a transplant because he is on Nevada Medicaid and there are not any transplant centers in the state of Nevada.
