Underground Phish concert recording hitting the web!

Recently some Phish fans recorded and released High-Definition footage from the bands first reunion shows in March 2009. Going against the bands lenient taping policy, fans are now releasing DVDs for download just days after the shows.

      I agree with bons, if it's a band I love and want to support I wouldn't hesitate to buy the DVD.

      I find it amazing these "phans" are so dedicated that they will spend the whole concert filming, rather than gettin down to the groove. If I remember correctly, tickets cost a 'pretty penny' for that show if you weren't able to score them when they went onsale.

      Didn't they sell those shows out in 2 minutes or something? It was a clusterf**k

    • Given the choice between an audience-recorded shaky handheld camera and a professionally filmed concern film which I would need to pay for... if I like the band and like the music, i'll always choose the latter.
