A lot happened in “Michael Jackson Dies ’09 Live!” over the weekend, and since it was a holiday and you may have missed a couple of episodes, I’ve pulled together a character catch-up to make sure you’re prepped for this week’s plot lines.

    • I think this is cool ... the boy was a pervert and I think we should find out all the nasty details .... the children who's lives that he touched (literally) is still in therapy and may never be ok again even if he is dead ...

    • I understand where Zelda is coming from, but I think the anger is a bit misdirected. This is obviously a commentary on the media's response to Michael's death, not the author's personal response to his death.

      In other words, chill.

    • As far as I'm concerned, you're free to criticize anything I post. The idea here was to comment on the media's coverage of Michael's death. Do with that what you will.

    • I gotta agree with Zelda on this one,

The Michael Jackson story will be around FOREVER, but I don't think it's necessary for a member of current's staff to write and post this kind of snarky crap. Leave that to TelevisionWithoutPity people.

From what I've seen on current, this blog is not reflecting the mood of the people here (for the most part) and will be a big fat fail.

    • That's a messed up title if you ask me. I guess it's supposed to be funny. But I always had a problem with the media using the present tense when announcing the death of some celebrity or some other person. "So-and-so Dies!" makes it sound really fake, like its all been staged. "So-and-so is Dead" or "So-and-so has Died" would be much more fitting.

    • I'm seriously disgusted by this fucking site, at first this site seemed to be a good place for some cool, un cluttered, relevant, non-bullshit news from the people. Now it has become a site where any ultra liberal douche asshole can come and vent their fucking frustration, and make little snotty ass post (Like this one) that they think will be funny. You don't talk about this man's death as if it's a fucking soap opera, and you honestly don't need to be hear reporting news you lame piece of shit.
