Here is a clip from Les Paul and Mary Ford's 1954-1955 syndicated television show. Be sure to watch him play. Granted, it is multi-tracked, but it reminds me of Django Reinhardt. Rest in peace, Les Paul, inventor of the electric guitar, multi-tracking, overdubbing, and countless other inventions that made rock possible.
