Yesterday we highlighted the 3 most underrated female soul singers and received a mixed heap of laudatory and furious feedback. Here's another short list that's sure to get a reaction out of some folks: the best funk singers of all time. While this list could consist of nothing but P-Funk vocalists, we'll limit the Parliament and/or Funkadelic vocalists to a single slot for the sake of fairness.
