According to the LA Times, 'Where The Wild Things Are' was filled with bad buzz and low expectations until a little trailer featuring 'Wake Up' by Arcade Fire turned things around. Read more at link.

    • I say save judgments for after you see the film. I for one, felt like this was one of the first times Hollywood didnt ruin a classic memory from my childhood.

      ps- pretty much EVERY movie is made into a video game now...nothing new. Hell, they somehow made a City of Lost Children into video game! The movies have nothing to do with the games really.

    • Kinda pathetic that a movie, before even being released, is saved by ONE song in the trailer.

      That's also totally leaving out the fact that a childhood classic is now being animated into a movie AND - *gasp!* - a video game... I'm not even kidding, they're making a video game adaptation of the movie.

      Leave my innocent childhood alone, you ignorant fools! >_>

      (also, this film costed between $90 - $100 million, and only brought back $32.7 million... kinda speaks for itself)
