Wow. She could have made it playing this style of music. She looked a lot better back then to. The switch to pop was a smart career move, but I hope she puts out an album in this style. Just put it under her actual name. I've got a lot more respect for her now.

She is gorgeous, sings and plays beautifully. even though i loved this version of who she was, i enjoy someone doing their best to never be typical or predictable. She might be considered a sell out, but just about every person is that is signed to a major record label. at least she has the audacity to do it her own way.

What year was this? (Obviously it was before she started doing her shopping in the dumpster behind NASA, as Conan put it ...)

I highly doubt she prefers the type of music she performs now, given her talent and credentials, but she does seem intelligent. She is getting paid to play a character. She's not weird, just smart...and now, rich. Madonna didn't wear cone bras at home in the 80s...she wasn't like that in her "down time." It's just a job. I would be more than happy to compromise what I would prefer to be doing to make, oh, say millions of dollars.

She looked better then!!! Sounded better too!!!Why She goes out of her way to wear super ugly clothing & for lack of better wording, be a total freak,is really anyone's guess!!! She's become some what of an overplayed media whore these days! Though I like some of the catchy Electronics in the stuff she's doing now, I would much rather see & hear Lady Gaga as Stefani Germanotta!!!

i've seen some other early gaga clips but this was by far the best.
