Honestly, it's probably because it was submitted by a staffer. But, still, I didn't know about this talented person, and now i do, so i'm not upset about it. I wish more music was featured. I'm just glad when i see music get a bit of the spotlight. I think it's important. So, maybe, this is a start...?
I like that youtube gives unknowns the ability to get their music to the masses for free.

There's something about Europeans covering hip-hop artists that just does it for me. If you're digging the above sound, check out The UK's Dan Black. In HYPNTZ, the guy does a cover of the late Notorious with a bit of Rihanna thrown in. Maybe it's not as cute, but it's definitely worth a listen.
