Roots mash it up with musical guest to make some truly memorable live performances
In blogosphere time, I’m waaay late on this post (it dropped yesterday on 2dopeboyz site), but I’m fairly new in the game of chronicling music online so be easy on the kid. This site is, and will forever remain, a place where you’ll find independent hip hop and soul music, but this is something from a major label act that is just too good to pass up. DJ Heat compiles a strong set of live performances from various musical guest who have been featured on the TV Show Late Night With Jimmy Falon. As we all know, the in-house band for that show just happens to be The Legendary Roots Crew, which explains my interest in this....
