A number of festival events banned the use of flags near music stages, because they can block the view of the bands for some festival goers and television cameras.
Glastonbury Festival started a poll to decide if people wanted the festival to join in and ban the use of flags by the main stage.
"The results of the poll, which began on February 4, are:
No, keep the flags (7,269 votes) – 55 per cent
Yes, ban the flags (5,909 votes) – 45 per cent"
So if you're going to the festival this year, expect the flags to be there too.
