Live Electronic Music Performance + Generative Art Engine + User Contributed Art

primusluta
The first installation from Primus Luta Presents: Heads, "Come Clean" features a theoretical analysis of sampling as a compositional tool, including a live electronic music performance. Using the digital Heads Instruments, created by Primus Luta, connected to a generative art engine, a piece of digital artwork was created from the musical gestures of the performance, which is used as the cover art for the single release of "Come Clean". The generative art engine itself is included in the installation for users to create their own artwork. All of the user contributed art, will then be used for the official music video for the installation.

Be sure to check the full installation linked above. The visuals in this video aren't meant to be 'entertaining' per se. It's more a visualization of the creative process for the resultant digital static image. When you go to the installation you can create your own piece using the same tools. All of the artwork created utilizing the tools will then be compiled into a more 'entertaining' crowd sourced visualization.
