Julian Casablancas and Dizzee Rascal are the latest additions to the line-up for this year’s Oxegen Festival. Also added to the bill for the Irish bash, which is set to take place July 9-11 on Punchtown Racecourse near Dublin, are The Black Keys, The Cribs, and Groove Armanda.
