Oh man! I remember seeing him on vh1 or something talking about how he came up with the sign of the horns, and of course seeing him in the tenacious d movie. All the greats are passing, and few are left. The good thing is their music lives forever but they don't leave many behind who can continue to make great music. R.I.P

Another Metal great!!! & so soon after the death of the great Pete Steele!!! The entertainment industry in general has lost a ton of people recently!!! Very sad!!! Don't drink the water in the entertainment world I guess!!! All the best to his friends & family!!!

Anytime anyone would ask me Dio who?..I would begin their education in Ronnie James Dio 101. I argued with plenty that he was the best at what he did. I loved the man without knowing him except through his lyrics and interviews. I miss him already. My heart goes out to Wendy and his close friends. The light in the world just got dimmer. Peace and love.

The odd thing was I was talking to a friendship I have just recently established and we were talking about Ozzy and Sabbath, then our conversation centered around Dio and I got the news a few hours later.

I was never a huge Dio fan but I respect the guy. It's sad to hear this, especially since it was just Peter Steele not long ago.
