David Byrne has filed a lawsuit against Florida governor Charlie Christ. The current governor, who is in the mists of a tough re-election campaign, has has been sued by Byrne for using a Talking Heads track in a campaign ad without permission. The track in question, Talking Heads‘ “Road To Nowhere“, was used in a campaign commercial attacking then Republican primary opponent Marco Rubio.
