I laughed, I cried, I shook my head... I read comments by people who quoted what they wrote in a similar thread 2 years ago, and admitted to failing in their own quest to be a better father than their dad, and many people who actually appreciated their fathers, and missed their daddies (and grandfathers and stepdads).
A father is an amazing force in life, for good or bad, it seems.
