Toronto based progressive rock band, Neon Grey, is releasing their self-recorded debut album "Say Hello" for free on the internet. The band cites Porcupine Tree, Tool, Muse, Dream Theater, Radiohead, NIN, and The Mars Volta as influences for the album among various others.
