    • Great piece, but, really, more serious than funny.

      It goes well beyond vaccines. It's food, energy and water. The marketing mechanisms have grown much more sophisticated since Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle".

      The combination of governmental organizations, quasi-charitable trusts and private industry is shadowy and relentless. The cultural pre-conditioning runs deep, especially with us...the consumers of the mystery products that appear in the pretty boxes we buy so readily.

      Zombies. Perfect. That's exactly it.

    • is it a referendum on us that we have been savagely enjoying killing zombies for decades before the notion of a vaccine came to light as a method of combating the undead?
      thank god they are fictional (sorry scotty) but i wonder what else has a better solution that we just dont see yet, and will be shamed by our present actions once realized?

      yeah im just not seeing it.
      ya know in some cultures they have zombies, that we understand to be people alive.its a hoot, but undead or living dead i just cant play along.
