Mixing the latest audiovisual technology and a time-honored variety show format, CALIFORNIA LIVE MIC creates a new online space for up and coming musicians to gain global exposure, capturing professional, CD quality audio and full HD video and streaming live to your home computer. The show broadcasts in front of a live, studio audience from Loudville Studios in Sausalito, CA on the third Thursday of every month at 7 pm pacific time. Each show features a widely diverse group of local musical acts, from singer/songwriters, to gut-bucket bass street musicians, piano-driven balladeers, to seven piece hot jazz cabaret spectacles. Every month there's something new and something for everyone. There's nothing like this out there - great music streaming around the globe with impeccable sound, full HD video, the thrill of unscripted entertainment and the passion of live performance. As creative director of Loudville Studios, Mark Keller, says, "Art makes science its bitch!"
