It is designed in a biography by Philip Norman that after passing his driving test Beatles star John Lennon found a number of car dealers outsid ehis home waiting to sell him some sports cars.
He picked the The Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 Coupe, which is going to being auctioned in Paris for an estimated sale between £99,990 and £141,000.
"But it was the Ferrari that caught his eye, with Lennon paying £2,000 for the car, It was soon joined by his trademark Rolls-Royce, complete with psychedelic paintwork, and a Mini.
The car will be sold by auction house Bonhams at a sale in Paris on February 5."-Evening Standard
