Party in the Balkans -- of California

Every year, the Eastern European Folklife Center hosts an unusual community of Americans who drag their tubas, doumbeks and clarinets into the California redwood forest to study Balkan music and dance. At the camp, a wild mix of ancient Balkan culture and young Americans billows into an all-day all-night multi-cultural party.
