JLS attacks critics over auto-tuning criticism

Pop band JLS has stand by using vocal effects and music sampling, saying that they can't understand why artists were critisised for using it.
In an interview with a showbiz news agency, the X Factor runner-ups said these tactics are capable of performing live, particularly their 2010 hit "The Club is Alive". One of the members, Oritse said "Music has moved forward in such an amazing way, and we are in a new school generation and that generation, stuff like music effects, auto tune and sampling is part of that." while another member, Marvin added "It's all about people wanting that in the music, so we will deliver it to them."
JLS says they will continue using auto-tuning. JLS last-minute pulled out of 'T4 on the Beach' on Sunday due to production problems.
